The Bloom currently provides delivery services within Ho Chi Minh City and to other provinces nationwide.
For certain special or delicate products, The Bloom may limit delivery to central wards within Ho Chi Minh City only. Please contact our staff for more information regarding delivery availability and related policies.
To ensure convenience for our customers, The Bloom always strives to arrange delivery as soon as possible after receiving your order.
Please understand that The Bloom typically prepares orders only after receiving a confirmed request, in order to preserve the quality of our products. The delivery process requires a reasonable amount of time for us to prepare each item with care.
Delivery fees are based on the actual charges applied by our partnered delivery service at the time your order is placed.
The Bloom accepts orders from 09:00 to 21:00 daily.
Orders placed after this timeframe will be processed on the next working day.
Upon delivery, please check all product information before receiving your order.
Any discrepancies or missing items detected at the time of delivery may result in refusal of the order. Please notify us immediately so we can assist you.
After your order is confirmed, our delivery partner will send the products to the address you provide within 30 minutes or longer, depending on distance and service conditions.
At the time of delivery, please verify the items listed on your invoice.
The delivery process is considered complete once you confirm that the order has been received in full.
All orders are carefully packed and sealed by The Bloom before dispatch.
Delivery partners are responsible for transporting the goods under the principle of maintaining the original, sealed condition of the package.
Each package includes the following information: recipient name, phone number, address, and tracking code.
To ensure transparency and safety, The Bloom attaches the product invoice with every order. This document supports the handling of any complaints.
If the goods are damaged during transportation, you have the right to refuse the order and request an exchange or return in accordance with our return policy. The Bloom will work directly with the delivery partner to process compensation based on our service agreement.
Your order will be automatically canceled if the delivery staff cannot reach you at the time of delivery (up to three calls, spaced five minutes apart). This ensures that every order is delivered in its best condition when it reaches you.
