Return & Refund Policy – The Bloom

Cases Eligible for Return or Exchange
The Bloom will accept returns and offer either a replacement of the same or equivalent value (based on your preference) or a 100% refund in the following cases:
The wrong product type or quantity was delivered compared to your original order.
Product defects in appearance or quality due to manufacturing or delivery issues:
Unusual color, scent, or damaged packaging at the time of delivery.
Cracks or breaks on the exterior packaging, reported at the time of receipt.
Damaged items upon delivery, with the issue documented at the time of receipt.
Timeframe for Returns
Customers must request a return within 7 days of receiving the item.
The exchanged item will be delivered within 5 days for customers in Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi, and 10 days for other provinces.
To be eligible for return, the item must remain in its original condition, including the product and transport packaging, along with the original purchase invoice.
Returns are free of charge – The Bloom will cover all related costs to ensure your satisfaction.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
If you wish to request a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our Customer Care Hotline at 028 3822 1682 and provide your order number and a description of the issue. Please include clear images of the product for faster verification.
After receiving your request, our team will confirm the issue and provide return or exchange options accordingly.
Returns Not Accepted In the Following Cases
The return request is made after the eligible return period.
The product was damaged due to mishandling or not following the care instructions (especially for food items).
The item was mistakenly ordered and is already in transit or delivered.
The product has been used.
